I'm very pleased to announce that in conjunction with the talented musician Chris Howard I have a new project to put together over the dark and wet winter months.
A video/photography short featuring collected urbex, street art and even a little aerial photography, with content specifically shot for the video we hope to have something special for both the eyes and ears over the coming months.
Watch this space, in the meantime please watch and listen to the short video below, everything comes to he who waits.....

Abu Dhabi Fish Auction - November 2012
A bit of a break from the norm, with a little explore at 3.50am in the morning down by the docks in Abu Dhabi.
I'd seen a few little reports on the Abu Dhabi fish auctions in the likes of National Geographic, but the photos shown quickly skip to the Abu Dhabi Fish Market, a wonderful place to visit in itself - but the Abu Dhabi Fish Auction happens well before the fish market opens, whilst the rest of the city sleeps in the shadow of the skyscrapers.
I stumbled down the road about 3am to find that the new Abu Dhabi bus service was true to its word running its 24 hour service, I was a lone traveler on the long and deserted roads into the city, the 4 dirham fare was a bargain for the 40 minute journey into the centre of Abu Dhabi.
A quick taxi ride later and I stood on a very dark quayside of Mina Port thinking nothing to see here, so I wandered towards some bright lighting in the distance.
A quayside square, with dhow boats being unloaded greeted me, fishermen hurriedly unloaded and sorted fish in the glare of a few rather intense spotlights.
All manner of fish, giant blue crabs, squid, shark, began to be laid out and iced.
Time was marching on and the crowds began to gather by 5am
The auctioneers arrived, the younger auctioneer (centre) greeted me, firmly shook my hand with a "I trust you are well", he turned to the waiting audience of restaurateurs and traders and promptly started the auction.
As daylight finally arrived it was time to catch up on my sleep and I wearily left to look for a taxi home.

Duke of Lancaster - November 2012 - Goin, Mr Zero, Fatheat
A quick post, as I type this I'm crossing my fingers for the cloud to clear for a trip out in the plane today, my plan is to fly down from Manchester to the Duke of Lancaster to get some updated aerial photographs, unless Captain Pugwash has other plans...
Flights just haven't happened for me since the Round Britain Rally with a combination of shocking weather, other plans and commitments with the addition of waiting my turn as I owed another flight to my nipper.
So yesterday I jumped in the car for the hour drive to North Wales to the Duke of Lancaster, I knew artists would be working on new artwork on the stern of the ship and that artist Goin had finished some work earlier in the week.
Council of Monkeys by Goin, would seem to be a dig at the local council of Flintshire, a theme which is being expanded I was to find.
I was then taken aback by two further artworks, that I not heard about - new paint still drying and hinting at corruption perhaps within the local council ?
Hungarian artists Mr Zero and Fatheat had painted two works named the Prophets of Profit
This second one for me works well along side Bungle's artwork, The Voice of Authority
Oh, the stern you say, artists beavering away and it's out of view, plus the tide was in - lets see what happens today with this plane, today ?
